Our children’s birthday parties are often booked quite far in advance so please book early to ensure we can celebrate your special party time.

Up to 10 kids with 1 instructor.
Celebrate a beautiful theme with a painting, drawing, collage workshop party.
Each extra child after 10 kids is $20.00, up to 13 kids.
After 13 kids, each extra kid is $20 and another instructor is required at $65. This is reflected in the price.
After 19 kids, another instructor is required at $65. This is also reflected in the price.
If you have a party 10 kids and under, the price is the same but we’ll still need you to select your numbers.

Abstract painting! all the kids contribute to one large painting with bold, colorful abstract strokes that the birthday child gets to take home
Clay and beads paperweight - pressing beautiful beads in clay to create the prettiest paperweight (this clay is self drying and can be brought home same day)
Paper Dolls party - creating a wonderful paper doll and paper outfits inspired by the cool EDDA fashion brand!
Cost and payment of your birthday painting party
Kids parties are $350.00 + tax. This party booking welcomes 10 children including the birthday child for one hour of painting studio time and 45 minutes of cake/food/ time (other themes may have additional costs.)
Each extra child for the Painting party is $20.00 and there is an extra cost of $65.00 for an assistant instructor for more than 13 kiddos/ and then another third instructor at 65.00 for 20 kids and up.
Please note - Our Kids parties include up to 10 adult guests /family members who are welcome to attend - Extra adults over the original 10 have an additional guest fee of 20.00 to enjoy our space and hang out at the event.
Please contact us if you will be inviting extra adult guests over the included 10.
We have many other beautiful workshop parties - (bath melts, tie dye, collage/architecture/print making and more) - Call in for questions and quotes on these imaginative themes.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We can also arrange for longer parties if interested for an additional fee - in this case please call us to book.
Tip: We love Dish Box Mt Pleasant! FREE cutlery/plate/etc rental for your party to reduce waste with paper/plastic plates!! Give them a call if you are keen to lighten the footprint on our beautiful planet!
Refund Policy
Please note there are no refunds for a booked party – however we happily issue a credit if the booking is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the party. This credit can be used for other workshops, classes and Luminous Elephant events.
