Thank you so much for joining our upbeat luminous community - we are so excited to create with you! Please use this supply sheet as a purchasing guide for your selected course. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Watercolour pad of paper 140lb
Watercolour brushes: flat medium, round medium, large wash brush, fine point or any basic pack of student grade beginner brushes (approx 15.00 at Opus)
Watercolour paint tubes: cadmium yellow, ultramarine blue, cadmium red, alizarin crimson, black, burnt umber or a simple beginner hard box of watercolors such as Cottman six palette pack of watercolours (approx 28.00)
Paint palette/plastic or it can also be a ceramic saucer or a large plastic lid from a yogurt container
Waterproof fine point pen: Lovely brands: Sharpie, Windsor & Newton, or Pigma Graphic / 0.5 thickness - ideally at least one black fine point pen
2B pencil
Optional: Wooden board (Hardboard backing) approx 9 x 11”/or at least big enough to tape down the size of paper from the watercolour pad purchased or a 12 x 16 (Gerry buys sheets of plywood at Rona and they cut them to size for about 7.00)
Masking tape
Optional: Caran D’Ache Neocolor water soluble pastel crayons (these are expensive but SO brilliant to use for Urban Sketching - If they are too pricey to purchase for you - you can try ours in the studio to make sure you love them but we LOVE them!
