There is a quiet strength in coming together to share our grief. Within a safe and compassionate space, we find the freedom to speak our truth, to listen deeply, and to recognize our shared humanity.
This six-week series offers gentle guidance through the many forms of loss—whether of a person, animal, relationship, or belief. While every grief journey is uniquely personal, creating community around that shared experience allows us to honor our loved ones and our stories. In doing so, we offer their memory back to the world as a living gift.
Throughout our time together, we’ll engage in creative exploration, completing a pocket altar, a mixed-media portrait, and charcoal kintsugi panels. Each week will invite reflection on a theme; you may choose to contribute your voice or simply rest in quiet contemplation—both are meaningful parts of the process.
This is not group therapy, but rather a guided art practice facilitated by Dana Christie, a certified Grief Educator with over 15 years of experience in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and trauma-informed practice.
Come prepared to create, to connect, and—perhaps surprisingly—to laugh more than you cry.
After you register for this course we will send a small supply list you will need to bring along - photo’s etc.
